Marlow – 1st June 2022- CPS, the multi-award-winning provider of Business Solutions, based on Microsoft technology, today announced their formal launch of a Nine Day Fortnight (9DF).
The 9DF launch follows an initial three-month trial, where full-time colleagues compressed 10 days of work into 9, offering the colleague the 10th day as additional leave.
This new working pattern will give colleagues, 26 additional days of leave a year.
“The forced remote working over the pandemic, and now business as usual hybrid working, placed our people-first culture under review. Colleague wellbeing and happiness are central to having an innovative, productive, and engaged workforce.” Said Steve Adams, CEO.
“Our drive for excellence in all that we deliver can only be achieved when colleagues have the time to reflect, reassess and above all have a strong balance between work and life.” Said Adams. “We feel that this has been achieved with our 9DF.”
CPS’ Support Desk will remain available to contracted clients 5 days a week as the team will adopt an alternate rotation on a Team A and B approach so that the whole company can benefit from improved work-life balance.
