The CSP Program
Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program enables CPS to offer cloud services to our customers on a monthly, pay-as-you-go basis.
The CSP model allows us to add more value to our customers' cloud experience with improved support, billing flexibility and expert advice.
The CSP program lowers the barrier to entry for Microsoft Cloud services. Unlike historic Microsoft licensing agreements, CSP focuses on flexibility to reduce costs and encourage change.
CSP is ideal for organisations looking to facilitate M365 or Azure services within the Microsoft Public Cloud.
Value Added Service
CSP will serve as your first touch-point for questions and assistance with any cloud resources and billing.
CPS will generate your consolidated invoice every month, covering all cloud infrastructure and service fees.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, CPS works hand in hand with Microsoft to deliver services within the Microsoft Cloud.
As a Gold ‘Cloud Productivity’ Microsoft Partner, we are the right people to drive your cloud-based agenda.
We provide the latest functionality to support internal and external collaboration by adopting teams-based and project-focused work.
With real-time access to content on the go, adopting Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams, we encourage effective and connected office-based and remote working.
Is There A Minimum Number Of Users I Need To Take Advantage Of CSP?
No – you can take advantage of CSP from just a single user.
Is There A Maximum Number Of Users That CSP Can Support?
No – CSP will scale as much as your business does.
While there are agreements designed for larger organisations (Enterprise agreements are designed for 2500 seats), these have upfront commitments and lower your flexibility.
CSP has moved to a place where even for large enterprises, pricing is competitive.
Are There Any Upfront Costs?
No – everything can be rolled into a fixed monthly cost.
How Is Support Delivered?
CPS are the first line for platform support and licensing queries. CPS will raise and manage the issue to Microsoft in case of a platform failure or another break-fix requirement.
75% of cases are dealt with by CPS and do not require further escalation to Microsoft.
CPS provides paid support packages for improved proactivity, responsiveness and to add further value to your Microsoft Cloud.
What Microsoft Services Can I Purchase Through CSP?
M365, Dynamics, Azure, EM+S, SharePoint, Exchange Online and even on-premise licensing (Windows Server, SQL etc.) are all available through CSP with CPS.
