Board of Directors
Steve has 25 years of experience in delivering innovative technology to transform complex business areas to achieve productivity gains, increasing quality or reducing costs, knowledge and experience gained in the public and private sector, now helping CPS customers transform.
As CEO, Steve has overall responsibility for ensuring CPS delivers on its strategy, creating a great place to work where individuals are encouraged to follow their passion, collaborate with likeminded colleagues to fulfil their potential delivering innovative solutions to help our customers realise the value of the investment they have made in the Microsoft Cloud.
David is the Chairman and co-founder of CPS. From an initial start-up where it was all hands to the pump, David focused on the consulting and delivery side of the business from its roots in project management and recruitment. As CPS has grown to deliver more comprehensive business solutions built on the Microsoft Cloud, so David's role has evolved into one of governance and leadership, promoting CPS, building strategic relationships, fostering open communication, and creating an environment that allows constructive debates and challenges, both inside and outside the boardroom.
He now works closely with Steve and the team, providing leadership and governance support to create the conditions for overall success, taking the business forwards to larger ambitions, greater customer engagement and more exceptional technology accomplishments.
Leadership Team
As Sales Director, Ash has over 10 years of experience helping organisations find and implement the right business solutions to create an agile modern workplace. Working across both the Public and Private sectors, he helps organisations achieve their return on technical investment, driving economies of scale and greater efficiencies for our customers.
Christopher has close to over 25 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management. His experience ranges from advisory services to deployment and training. He now focuses on delivering CPS' objectives to help customers of all sizes innovate and transform their business.
With 20 years of experience working in Information Technology, Harjit brings a wealth of knowledge in applying industry best practices to enable the successful implementation and operation of international standards ranging from Service Management (ISO20000-1) through to Information Security (ISO27001) and Quality Management Governance (ISO9001)
As the Head of Compliance, Harjit leads the Quality, Security & PMO Function, serving as the figurehead for all the compliance staff in the UK, liaising with our clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success and service excellence.
As Head of HR for CPS, Nicola’s relevant experience includes 26 years of recruitment and HR expertise within the technology world.
The focus for Nicola and her team is CPS’ people, from facilitating the selection of the very best talent into the business to ensuring that all colleagues are fulfilled and engaged. Nicola firmly believes that engaged colleagues are those who have a voice, who trust and are trusted, and who are empowered to be their very best. To ensure that outcome, she and her team work tirelessly to deliver an unparalleled employee experience.
Louise has 30 years of experience in Financial and Management Accounting and is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the business. She has a strong skillset in implementing finance transformation programmes at CPS and takes pride in managing and developing her team
Sam has over 18 years of experience in the Portfolio, Programme, Project and Management (PPM) arena. Sam has a passion for supporting customers with their PPM delivery and associated technology solutions. Sam has extensive experience in driving organisation-wide change and digital transformation across all verticals.
At CPS, Sam now focusses on leading a team of Business Consultants and Solution specialists whose passion is to support customers with leading edge work management solutions. All whilst ensuring the associated processes and governance are in place to ensure maximum benefits are realised.
As head of the CPS Business Consulting Practice, Derek is a Project, Portfolio and Programme management professional with over 30 years of experience. Among many other things, his work has helped hundreds of organisations rejuvenate their PMO, delivering greater efficiency, thereby increasing organisational return on investment
Having been at CPS for 7 years, 5 years as a PMO Manager, David has an impressive track record of ensuring exceptional quality and control throughout all projects while ensuring excellent internal compliance and governance levels. An expert in Power BI, David knows how to visualise and analyse data to access powerful insights.
On Maternity Leave, returning within 2022
Jon has worked in the Cloud, Software and Services world for over 10 years focusing on building and expanding business relationships. Working for Vendors, Distributors and Resellers, as head of Alliances at CPS, Jon has an excellent understanding of what being a Strategic partner truly means.
