Why work at CPS?
We are a group of people committed to delivering excellence in serving our customers and enabling CPS to grow.
Since we were founded in 1995, we have evolved a set of values and cultures which give us the confidence to exceed expectations. We don’t always get it right. However, we work hard at creating the conditions for success, and we learn from our mistakes.
As a fast-growing company, our challenge is to retain the strengths that have served us so well. We do that by explaining the benefits of doing things to anyone interested in joining us. We also care deeply about our people.
It’s the way we have always been. We provide a happy, nurturing, trusting and empowering workplace where together we explore your unique potential. So that you can be the best that you can be.
If you would like to join our team, you can apply for a current role or register your interest with us for future opportunities.
