Is There A Minimum Number Of Users I Need To Take Advantage Of CSP?
No – you can take advantage of CSP from just a single user.
Is There A Maximum Number Of Users That CSP Can Support?
No – CSP will scale as much as your business does.
While there are agreements designed for larger organisations (Enterprise agreements are designed for 2500 seats), these have upfront commitments and lower your flexibility.
CSP has moved to a place where even for large enterprises, pricing is competitive.
Are There Any Upfront Costs?
No – everything can be rolled into a fixed monthly cost.
How Is Support Delivered?
CPS are the first line for platform support and licensing queries. CPS will raise and manage the issue to Microsoft in case of a platform failure or another break-fix requirement.
75% of cases are dealt with by CPS and do not require further escalation to Microsoft.
CPS provides paid support packages for improved proactivity, responsiveness and to add further value to your Microsoft Cloud.
