Microsoft Viva Goals and aligned OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, is a goal-setting and management solution that supports the alignment of teams to your organisation’s strategic priorities, helping drive results and deliver successful business outcomes.
OKRs and Microsoft Viva Goals can help you create a purpose-driven culture where teams align to achieve results and empower each person to understand their impact and keep priorities top of mind. With Viva Goals, OKRs no longer exist in a silo separate from the employee experience and where people work.
Coming to the Microsoft Viva suite in Q3 2022. Viva Goals is currently available only for private preview customers, and only in English. The features described here are subject to change. Viva Goals is only being released to WW tenants. It isn't being released to GCC, GCC High, or DoD environments.

- Stay in the flow of work with the Viva Goals app in Teams and Azure Dev Ops.
- Communicate, collaborate and check-in on goals with the message extension in Teams chat.
