Performs project administrative tasks as directed by the project team and Project Manager. Conducts basic project scheduling, collates meeting minutes and ensures smooth communication between all relevant parties.
Responsible for planning, organising and ensuring completion of project activities, whilst ensuring the project is on time, budget and within scope. Active risk and issue management with regular reporting to project sponsors.
More experienced Project Manager, capable of managing larger more complex projects.
Oversees multiple projects with a greater focus on achieving organisational goals and managing business risk. Typically have multiple Project Managers reporting to them on various projects.
Ensures the scrum framework is followed when executing an Agile project. They are responsible for the Scrum Team's effectiveness and are the bridge between the Scrum Team and wider organisation.
