Meet Rory Neary, MVP
Biography
Rory is a relative newcomer to the Microsoft platform having spent the early part of his career working as an Accountant both in practice and industry. His route to the Power Platform was via Excel, through to Power BI, Power Apps and beyond.
He still considers himself a citizen developer and loves to set others on their way to developing business solutions that enhance their organisations in meaningful ways. His “start small, think big” mantra reflects his attitude toward solutions that are both meaningful, scalable and governed.
Professional Experience
Rory has worked to introduce the Power Platform to a range of greenfield sites including one of the largest waste disposal organisations in the UK through to multinational consumer goods organisations in addition to bringing the platform to the heart of government. He is also credited with authoring the documentation for Microsoft Model-driven apps.
