Microsoft has confirmed that Project Online will be retired on 30th September 2026.

That doesn’t feel far away, so for organisations who rely on Project Online every day, it’s important to start planning now. This change may seem daunting, but it’s also a chance to modernise your project management approach and your platform.

What’s changing?

  • Project Online will continue to run until 30th September 2026.
  • From September 2025, organisations will have 13 months to prepare for the switch-off.
  • After the retirement date, access to Project Online will end completely.
