Role Overview
As an Account Manager at CPS, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction, retention, and commercial performance. You will also expand CPS’s presence within key sectors, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new business and net‑new customers. A key part of the role is developing and strengthening relationships with channel partners, particularly Microsoft account teams, to support joint customer strategies, co‑sell engagements, and pipeline acceleration.

Skills & Experience Required
– 3–5 years’ experience in account management within a technology or consulting environment
– Success in growing accounts and developing new business
– Experience developing relationships with channel partners and Microsoft teams
– Strong commercial acumen
– Sector experience ideally in LRG, Health, or Commercial
– Self‑motivated and proactive
